Hello.

I'm Peter Simpson, an environmental graphic designer in Orlando, Florida. I love all things design, but my passions lie in: physical media, multi-dimensional design, physical and digital signage, environmental design, themed signage, ambient design, storytelling and atmosphere theming.

In my past experiences, I've gained much knowledge and experience with: environmental sign design, atmospheric theming, storytelling, large and grand format printing, sign production and best practices for multiple forms of media. I've managed projects from start to finish, from concept design, permitting and code compliance, shop drawings, to overseeing fabrication and installation.

I have worked on projects designing the complete sign package for over 7 Amazon Fulfillment and Sortation Centers at around 800,000 square feet each. This included multiple lit channel letter sets, ADA compliant and braille signage, vinyl and direct print on substrate applications.

Most recently, I've had the opportunity to design environmental graphics for over 350+ Disney Parks and Resorts Merchandise locations. This has allowed me to use my skills and abilities to tell stories to the Guests through all kinds of media while supporting the retail/merchandise line of business.

Design and layout signs for use in retail stores accross property. Oversee the accuracy and consistency of printed materials within 350+ retail locations across domestic parks and resorts. Update, improve and refine process workflows surrounding the creation and distribution of all project materials. Partner with merchandise presentation, pricing & promotions, operations and merchandise to develop operational and design solutions.Design and layout signs for use in retail stores accross property. Lead a team of six to execute aviation marketing related projects throughout Florida, to reach new customers and drive performance. Oversaw international event design and logistics to broaden scope and reach. Oversee and execute the daily photography operation tasks and prioritize schedule for deployment of over 45 photographers. First line of communication for Cast Members to make announcements, answer questions, concerns or Guest issues. Control inventory of all photography equipment checked in and out of department as well as troubleshoot faulty gear. Support management in park operations with regard to photo imaging as well as delivering high class photo quality, Guest satisfaction and lasting memories
